One of my fave places to go! This gym has a kind staff, great amenities, & the best group fitness instructors! Dessi Foster & Sandra Talford will help you achieve the best cardio burn, while still making it fun!
Before I moved to Nashville I was a member a Lifesyles. This has been my favorite gym over the years! The staff was always friendly and I love the group fitness classes. I still stop by for WERQ when I'm in town! Thanks for all you all do!

I may be a bit partial to this gym for the pure reason that my daughter teaches all kinds of classes here. She has been trying to get me to work out for years and I have never kept up with my other gym memberships until now. Even though I have never danced in my life. I go to the class called WERQ. Happiest I have ever been in my life. I seem to be dancing around the house all the time now!!!! Feel so much better too!!! Also, Silvers Sneakers is a blast!!!
The gym has a wide variety of fun group classes! Sandra Talford is an EXCELLENT personal trainer and group fitness instructor!! Come check out all the fun classes!

Tri-Cities Lifestyles center in Johnson City has been a wonderful place to work out at. I have lost weight and seen great results. The people especially are wonderful and it makes it even more inviting to be there! I would recommend tri-Cities Lifestyle Center to anyone!
