It's a great place to come and work out, also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Loving Lifestyles! People are friendly, everything you need in a Gym is here. I have a Personal Trainer Tim Herron who is AWESOME....his knowledge of the human body is amazing. His devotion to his task of making me a Healthy person is priceless...I highly recommend Lifestyles.
Nice friendly staff and instructors, convienent location and good equipment to work on and good hours to exercise.
