This place has the best staff ever! Crystal, and Ashley are very good at their jobs! Very attentive, making sure I am good going through the process, very neat and orderly. Friendly, and very professional with their work. I highly recommend coming to LifeSouth in St Augustine!

Ten days ago I donated blood at a local blood drive. Three employees and no one was confident in what they were doing. Leaving me feel very uncomfortable. One asked for help and then pushed on my vein so hard it left multiple bruises. I told her she was hurting me and was ignored and didn't relieve the pressure. Very disappointed in my experience. I am a regular donor for 25+ years so won't let this ruin my donation missions in the future, but will not be going through LifeSouth again.

This is my second time donating blood at this facility, and they are great, place for donating blood. The people there are friendly, and they make you feel good about donating. They are very helpful and knowledgeable at what they do. I feel very safe and comfortable donating.

After initially booking an appointment at One Blood, and being refused service for not having a prescription and an appointment, I came to Life South m. Walked right in, I was greeted by Sam and began the registration process. Crystal had multiple patients (and was doing a great job). She explained not only the process but where each part of donation goes and what it is used for!
