What a great company! Worked with them on setting up a blood drive at my office and they went above and beyond to help me get it set up. It was a breeze! Everyone was so kind! I couldn't have had a better experience with them.

I enjoy coming in. The staff are always so cheerful even when my viens don't like to corporate with them.
I started donating a little over six months ago before that I hadn't donated for 17 years. Now I tried to make it a regular part of my life and donate whenever I'm eligible. I find that once you walk into the door the staff is extremely friendly I give them an A-Plus on making you feel welcome and at home. Before leaving the house I always post on Facebook trying to encourage my friends on the importance of donating. Started donating after a blood drive at work probably 2 years ago. Now donate whenever I'm eligible, for whatever is needed...plasma, double red cell, whole, etc. The people at the downtown Center are always happy to see you and are concerned about your comfort while donating. Such a small thing to do such great things.
Had a repelled vain happen...the needle moved h the return went into my arm not the vain. ..the machine malfunction did not beep to warn a problem. ..
