I am a difficult draw due to tiny veins. They always try their best to get the best vein. They also try to make it painless as possible. Sometimes they have to reposition the needle in my arm, and they take my pain into consideration. They are wonderful!! (They are out of the Sioux City, IA office.)
The workers know what they are doing. Great job!!!!
