RecommendedI donate whenever I am eligible. They always ask for what they need most Whole Blood, Double Reds, Plasma, or Platelets. Whatever the need, I’m happy to give. Wonder staff, accommodating hours, and comfortable environment, make it a pleasure to participate in such a worthy cause.
Generally everything goes pretty smoothly, yesterday though, the worker missed my vein, reseated the needle, drew the blood, and when it was time to return the plasma, it went into my tissue, not the vein, needless to say it was the beginning of a nice bump, afterwhich they had to abort the donation. Overall, very happy with Lifeserve, the need is great, will try again in a couple of weeks. :)
I was a first time donor during the annual blood donor day. I was nervous but super excited and the staff made me as comfortable and easy as it can be! Thank you!
