I'm in love with the Mason City, Iowa location. I donate plasma every two weeks on the dot! Do my quick pass and bam they get me back in and checked in. They are always nice and I look forward to going every time. They care enough to check up on me each time I'm in cuz they knew I was going through a lot the last time I was in. I have a big vein and we like to see who will make me squirt blood over myself and who wont. I even learn while I'm there cuz I ask a bunch of questions when I'm there and they take their time to teac... read more

donated today, great talking with Kellie, Mackenzie and Laurie! they were fun and engaging, and everything was pain and hassle free. sorry we talked so much about food and made everyone hangry! great staff, hope you all make it back next time.
