RecommendedI worked for Lifepath 20 plus ( when it was Community Foundation For Human Development) years before having to leave for personal reasons. I honestly missed it here and so glad to report I am what I would like to say going home to where I began. I love the individuals so much and missed them as well as some coworkers that have been very devoted and there for so long . The individuals are happy and for a lot of the staff to stay for so long and enjoy their job proves it is a great place !
Lifepath does not look out for their employees. They keep those that cause true damage to the residential homes and let go of the ones that have changed things drastically in an amazing way. Employees are not compensated for everything they do. It’s sad.

I recommend the Counseling at the Drexel Hill location................Sammy has done so well at counseling at the Drexel Hill location.... it was difficult to find a place that only deals with handicapped children/ people... she’s been going for about 5 1/2 years now..they do a great job..
This is a wonderful place! My little sister moved into a LifePath home years ago and is doing so well. All the staff I have met I love. There is so much good and so many ways to bring out each individuals strengths it was amazing to see what new things my sister could do. Fast forward many years I now work for LifePath.
It's pretty bad when people in life path verbally abuse a co-worker who is mentally damaged. If life path let's this injustice go, what's going to stop this supervisor from doing this to a client. I wouldn't want anyone that I love to be taken care of by this person. She is rude, obnoxious and a bully. I can't believe that they let this kind of behavior go and do nothing about it.
Make sure when you place your family member there you have all your legal papers in order! You need to maintain legal guardianship or you have no say in anything. Family doesn’t matter! They don’t care how you feel and are not interested in the fact that you know your loved one better then they do.
