Seeing Alex at Life Is Felt was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. EMDR therapy changed my life for the better. Alex is an incredible therapist and human being. He’s relatable, really knows his stuff, and is a wonderful guide. If you need trauma therapy and are considering EMDR, I highly recommend Life Is Felt!
