Went in after I told the gentlemen who called me, that I'd take an SUV they had advertised, only if they sold it to me for a certain price, he said come on in, talk to the manager and he can work something out. $7000 more is what they wanted.!!!!! Wish they would have told me straight up.... guys at the door...?rude! didn't know how to say "hi", "by" or "thank you".

Classic Bait and Switch in my opinion. The single worst experience I have ever had attempting to buy a used car. Told the car was there and amazingly it was sold and gone when I was on my way to the dealership 45 minutes later. I was told two different stories of what happened. It's no surprise the price was to good to be true.

I ended up buying a vehicle with them. I read the reviews before I went in and as I was test driving I was telling the sales rep about the terrible reviews that I saw aka -How they hide fee's and what not. None the less, when it came time to purchase of course they tried getting me to pay more, every single dealership will do so. Yet at the end of the day I felt I paid a fair price and they worked with me to do so. Overall, great guys and good vibes. Just make sure to be straight up with them.

The dealership doesn't honor their online pricing. I had read reviews which said they add on $2000 - $3000 on to the price so I contacted them ahead of time to ask them to confirm what their bottom line price would be. They stuck to the online price and said there would be no fees. Needless to say after 2 hours at the dealership and finally ready to make the transaction, the extra charges come out (in this case a $2,900 mandatory "warranty" despite the vehicle being under a factory warranty already.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealership and do not believe the internet prices. I was lured into a typical bait and switch. I saw a vehicle on their website at an advertised price. I made an appointment to see the vehicle with the internet sales manager Cameron. I called before heading over to the dealer to verify that the car was still available. Previous bad reviews were helpful. Make sure you get a confirmed price. They added extra fees over Internet price after agreed internet price. They added $3000 fees. I refused and held my ground. They tried two other times to hide fees and Jack up the price. Prep fee, etching fee, inspection fee, doc fee. I held firm and they gave up. I purchased the vehicle at my quoted price. Good deals but beware.

Excellent customer service. They really helped me reach my monthly goal and made sure everything was good To go with the car before I left!! Even dropped it off for me at my house when it was done being serviced. Thank you !

Had an appointment to test drive a used Lexus, the day of the appointment they called me at 3:30 p.m. to confirm the test drive at 6:30 that evening. After an hour drive , I get to the dealership, and they tell me "it just sold". By the way, the car is still on Carguru to this day. Typical bait and switch. They showed me another car at the same price point 30k I asked for out the door price, 38k....IL tax on cars is approximately 9%, I don't know where they came up with their fees. All I can say is STAY AWAY!!
