They have great employees
We have lived in Lincoln military housing for the last four years maintenance is absolutely a joke they do everything the cheap way they only fix the problem for short term They make up excuses to why they can’t fix it there’s been numerous of times that they were to tell us they would be back and they would never show so I would have to call and make a new maintenance ticket it’s sad when you’ve had mold issues for going on two years and you have four kids PS this is just some of the pictures
Our house is full of mold, the wooden floors are warped, our smoke detector is LEAKING and won’t stop going off, our downstairs vent is LEAKING the outside siding is falling off ... we have to pay $250 to break our contract to move somewhere safe for us and our 4month old baby because the issues keep happening. Or they just are taking their time to fix them. Beyond upset. Horrible experience. And ZERO REGARDS FOR SAFETY. Just interested in getting their money.
