This is the absolute worst housing. Maintenance does a good job with the help they are provided but the people in the office are an absolute JOKE. avoid living here if you can. Go somewhere else.

I’m really not a complainer. That’s probably why nothing gets done. It’s disheartening when my dishwasher drawer falls down every time I close it because the wheels are missing and my kids are eating off of dishes with rust on them from it. It has a dirty moldy film that I actually complained about on my move in sheet last year. RecommendedAfter moving into AH a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to share my experience. Susy was our point of contact throughout our move in. She was helpful and made sure all of our issues were resolved quickly. we had a few minor issues that needed resolved and within 24 hours, Jorge and Jerry were at our house from maintenance. They quickly rectified the problems. Ian also responded to a concern and had the issue resolved within the same day. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! Worst housing I have ever lived in!! They refuse to take care of maintenance issues, extremely Trashy community. Save the frustration the headache and some money by living somewhere else. Maxine the district manager is useless. She needs to be fired. It takes weeks to hear back from anyone if you do get a response back. Also Maxine likes to lie and say conversations never happened so please make sure you communicate only through email. maintenance actually doing what they need to do maxine being fired because she is extremely rude and pretty much will waste your time. and actually fixing things. but honestly. my garage floods, there is bubbles in the roof of my garage. my window was half fixed during the hurricane, the dish washer has mold coming out of it it yet i was told there is nothing wrong with it. do yalls job!! first chance I get I am moving out mind yall I have only lived here a month. RecommendedSo happy with this place. Maintenance does a good job, have had no noise or service complaints whatsoever. Love the parks and how closed we are to the beach. The house is a comfortable size and it’s perfect for me and my family. So thankful to be here.
