Very stress free easy car buying. I don't think I have ever been at such ease buying a vehicle in my life, and I have purchased many! I would recommend them to anyone!!! My ONLY disappointment was driving home and seeing my gas gauge was at 1/4 after being told that the tank would be full!
This is a 2015 Mazda 3 which I purchased 3 months ago. Was driving on the New Jersey Turnpik tonight, all the sudden I heard boom, something exploded. Turned out to be the window on the driver side, then the glass was just shattering into small pieces and fell out of the car. I had to go into liberty Mazda today to do a few things. I have had a bad day and was expecting the worst. To my surprise, everyone was SO incredibly helpful, kind hearted, and friendly. I even had to give compliments to the manager in the office in the front near the showroom. Everyone I spoke to was so sweet and really brightened my day. The Manager, Will Tolly, has the audacity to tell me not to post pictures of the Mazdas I am selling on a CT Mazda Facebook page. Who does he think he is, a Facebook moderator? Please Will, stick to running your dealer.
The customer service at this location is fantastic! They are super friendly and help you enjoy your wait while your car is being worked on. Every time I come here I am very pleased with how they treat me! Not to mention their prices are much cheaper than other mazda dealerships! Modern mazda is a terrible dealership! They were rude, expensive, careless, and did not take the time to explain anything to me before they worked on my car. I had my first experience with Liberty Mazda yesterday and it was great! I walked in and was immediately helped by a salesman named Will. He was awesome! I had initially come in looking at the CX-5's but then switched to the Mazda3 Grand Touring hatchback. Will answered all of my questions (which there were a lot) and walked around the lot with me back and forth in the rain.
