WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WORLD! The salesmen don’t have a clue about selling cars! Went there to buy a Mazda on a Saturday afternoon, and was the only customer in the place. Put the down payment on my credit card and got insurance for the vehicle. Then they said they couldn’t get me into the finance department for 5 HOURS! I purchased a fully loaded 2014 Mazda 3i with low miles last year and couldn't be happier. Ken Hicks took great care of me and made sure I found the car that suited me. When I needed to get my front bumper replaced this year from an animal jumping out in front of my car, Allen happily told me to come in once the paint was cured to reapply the Vanguard protection free or charge. Excellent experience with the service department. Friendly, fast, and took care of all my needs in regards to servicing my vehicle, providing me a loaner car during the duration of my service/repair, and consistent updates in regards to what my car needed to be fixed and when it was going to be ready. Highly recommend this location for Mazda service. Shannon was my service consultant, and she did a great job throughout the process.
I just got my third lease from Liberty Mazda and as usual they were awesome!!! That’s why I keep coming back .
