My husband and I drove 3 hours just to look at a GMC 3500 Denali which we walked out with the same day. I have to say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Our interaction with Lee was professional, positive, informative, and helpful in our process of deciding the purchase of our car. The dealership secretary was professional, and the showroom was impressive. However, the interaction with the finance representative was tedious. This representative was very talkative, made slurs, and spoke politics, specifically about Obama, in a negative matter. None of this was relevant to the financing and unnecessarily added to the time it took to sign forms and complete the sale.
