We had an incredible experience buying our gorgeous GMC 1500 Denali truck from Liberty Buick GMC last night. Our salesperson, Ben, was absolutely fantastic, as was the entire team. Ben was easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable about every truck we looked at, and happy to answer all of our many questions. We got a great deal, and the entire process was fast and smooth! We're thrilled with our purchase and ready for new adventures in our new Denali. Thank you, Ben and the Liberty team!

I made an appointment, and when we arrived with the truck and trailer, they were very accommodating and helpful. We told them that we were in a kind of a hurry because we needed the truck later on that day. It didn't take them long to conduct the analysis and determine what was wrong, and it wasn't with the truck but with the trailer connection. Fortunately, no repairs needed to be done, so we were still able to make our commitments later that day.

Ray Espino was so very helpful to me again as this was the second vehicle I purchased from him. Drove 1.5 hours from SC to purchase vehicle. Gave four stars as no human is perfect..only the good Lord.

I brought my diesel truck to Liberty GMC for what was clearly an air leak in the turbo system. From the start, I was told there would be a $180 diagnostic fee to identify the issue — which I agreed to. After two days, they came back saying I needed a new fuel filter and mass airflow sensor for $750. I immediately told them this was not the issue, since the MAF code was triggered because of the air leak, not the cause of it. I even provided videos showing the exact noise. I visited the dealership to see a car that was listed on their website, but it turned out the vehicle was no longer available. A few days later, I noticed the same car was still showing online. It would be great if the website inventory could be updated more often — that would make the experience even better for customers.
