OXYGEN FACIAL IS A GOOD CHOICE ............................. – AFTER THE SUMMER MY SKIN GOT VERY DRY FROM SWIMMING IN THE POOL WITH ALL THE COLORINE. THAT REALLY HAS A BAD IMPACT ON THE MY SKIN. Lia - Give Us Quality....Not Quantity – First...let me say that I've known of Lia Schorr for about 30 years, but never went there because I assumed she was expensive. So, I got a Groupon coupon for a facial...and had an excellent experience. I've also had excellent massages. Now...why 2 stars? 1. I have been going there for about 2 years. Do you think Lia would remember me, or act as if she knew me? (She has the computer in front of her...she can see how long I've been a customer.) WHAT A GREAT SERVICE !! – WHAT A GREAT SERVICE... WHEN I READ THE REVIEW OF THIS PLACE, I WAS PUZZLED WHY PEOPLE TALK ABOUT THE UNIMPORTANT THINGS IN THE SERVICE BUSINESS. TO ME THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ME IS THE QUAILTY OF A SERVICE ALSO ITS ABOUT THE PERSON WHO TAKES CARE OF ME, AND THE RESULTS YOU GET FROM THE TREATMENT. MICRODERMABRATION SAVED ME FROM THE SUN DAMAGE! I HAVE BEEN A STUWARDEST OVER TWENTY FIVE YEARS, I TRAVEL ALL OVER THE WORLD. I ESPECIALLY LOVE THE SUN PLACES. HORRIBLE. DISGUSTING. SCAM. AVOID. – I purchased a discount voucher for Lia Schorr spa in NYC, which was a facial and pedicure. I extremely disappointed and was pretty much the worst experience I have ever had. The spa itself was dirty, old, and quite frankly one of the last places I would envision having a relaxing spa afternoon. The picture on the site looks NOTHING like the actual place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND UNSANITARY – I actually give this spa and Lia Schorr no stars!!! What a horrible spa experience! What was supposed to be a fun outing with my cousin turned into a horrific day. Lia Schorr is aggressive, abrasive and only cares about the bottom dollar. The spa itself is filthy dirty, extremely old and unsanitary. I had to ask for a 2nd robe, as the first robe provided was dirty with other peoples hairs on it. PROFESSIONAL PEDICURE, ONE OF A KIND! – I RECIEVED A GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR MY BIRTHDAY FOR A PEDICURE. I USUALLY GO TO MY PODIATRIST WHO HAS BEEN TAKING CARE OF ME FOR SO MANY YEARS. Don't come here! Place is a SCAM! – DON'T COME HERE! LIA SCHORR IS A SCAM ARTIST!!! She overbooks with Groupons/Travelzoo/LivingSocial deals, takes your money and gives you the run around when you try to book an appointment hoping that your voucher/deal will lapse. Don't come here, the place is filthy. When you are getting your treatments, they leave the door wide open and Lia runs around barking in Russian. Expect to wait 2 hours for a treatment!
