The worst experience EVER!!!!! – I recently bought a travelzoo deal for Lia Shorr Spa: facial, massage, pedicure. I am not new to any of those treatments and know what to expect. The experience was extremely disappointing, to say the least. The spa does not have a locker room, where you would be provided with a nice cozy rope and slippers. bad reviews? i dont get it ! this place is great ! – Look i dont understand why people have to bash this place. i mean yes i know its busy and sometimes hectic but come one this lady has her business for over 30 years. No Customer Service Skills... Unsanitary – i bought a package for my husband and i for our anniversary . when i called to make apt i was very specific about us wanted us wanting to get the pedicure together . when we got there Lia herself told us very rudely that we werent able to do that . the service was horrible ! my 3 yr son could have done a better job doing a facial . and lets not talk about the pedicure, very unsanitary . BACHELORETTE PARTY.............. MY MOTHER AND FATHER INVITED SIX OF MY FRIENDSTO A BRIDE AND GROOM TREAT A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING. AWFUL – I can't believe how horrible the owner of this place is. There was a girl sitting next to me getting a pedicure (she had booked a package of some sort) ON HER WEDDING DAY. She asked for a French and was told "No. We don't do that, and there are too many other people waiting." The girl then asked if she could pay extra.
