WORST SPA EXPERIENCE EVER!!! – I booked my appt for the Sun during Spa Week only to have them call and have to reschedule me for a week later & honor the price. Okay, fine. Forget it! – Superb facials, manicures and pedicures, undermined by strikingly unfriendly service at the front desk and shabby surroundings. Custom products are fine, but purchasers should inspect the bottles, because, on several occasions, I've received open containers. I've gone here for years because of the aestheticians, trying to ignore all the drawbacks, but my tolerance has finally worn thin. Facials & Back Facials With Results – This is the place to go if you want to get great results from facials and back facials. It's a no frills place that has great people working there who know what they're doing. You leave with a frsh clean face and no marks.

Hated IT!! Two snaps up and a shoebox tickle – Because I got the spa week price and they extended it I should have known better. The Owners attitude was unfitting and rude. She had no class at all. The rooms were reformed closets. My massage was great, but that is only because I got the right person. My friend massage sucked. She said it felt like she was being tickled and the massage therapist kept moving her table because the room was so small. The facial was horrible. Best face cleaning ever – I have been a client for 10 years. Most spas add mask after mask. Lia Schorr CLEANS my skin, literally steam cleans it, with no blotching afterwards. I hate putting make-up, on at leasat until the next day. As for facialists, Eugenia is terrific. Price-wise it's a real bargain and I have recommended it to my friends. With a series, you can use a single treatment for either a facial or a massage - it's the same price for either one. That's a good deal.
Don't waste your time and money here. – This was the worst facial experience ever. My friend and I went here for facials during spa week after reading the reviews on citysearch. Both of us were completely disappointed. First, when making an appointment, we were both spoken to very rudely.
