Somehow I drove my car home with the exact same issues as when I brought it in. After paying over 1400 dollars and Carshield paying over $1000 you would expect to drive home a vehicle running great. Now I feel like it is necessary to purchase another vehicle. The $1400 I paid would have been a good down payment on a new one but as it turned out, I have a vehicle running real bad and now I have no down payment for a new one. Just a great personal experience! From sales to finance as well as a warm greeting upon arrival.and after sale salespeople .
My truck has been in multiple times and several times for the same issue. Things happen to break after I've picked up my truck. They have broken parts and half xxx fixed them. Just picked up my truck and my dashboard isn't even fully put back together. And now I have a new issue I didn't have before I dropped it off.
Great service every time I go to this facility, they go above and beyond, from salesman to service department.
Bill Hood Nissan is a great place to do business with. Always great work. They know just what the problem is and fixes it.
Seems to be better service personnel and probably will go back for future service on my vehicle
