The vehicle is nice and Greg in sales and Julio in finance were professional and helpful. There was a part of the close out that was not honored as we brought up having all weather mats installed or provided with the purchase. Upon close and final wash and transfer acceptance occurred a stone chip was noticed and a comment of “we’ll take care of it” occurred.
