I brought my truck to perform a lift kit installation. The service advisor was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what I needed, and I was able to talk to the master technician who would be working on the truck and validate several questions I had. The job was quoted at a lower price than at other Nissan dealerships and was performed well. I would certainly return there for my regular maintenance as well
Fast and courteous no issues and service person was very knowledgeable and very helpful in every way
Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional. They took care of the issue my car was having very quickly, and charged a more than fair price.
Angel is the worst agent this place could have, he says and will say anything to make himself a deal. Preying on peoples situation, I’m going to keep short and simple you buy want to buy a liar and narcissist person go ahead.

The gang at the Nissan service center at Cherokee Nissan are great! They always do what they say they do and they take good care of my Altima and my Sentra before that
Mak was courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. The whole experience was pleasant. I will be a return customer for sure.
