Lia Nissan best in Capital District Great quality of service and follow through. Very helpful with car buying information and stress free buying. The service department is responsive and friendly. Dave Bertuch, all of the management and staff are knowledgeable and professional. Ali Kahn understands customer service and models it for the staff particularly with problem solving.

Rogue Queen I came into the dealership with no intention of getting an SUV and only 1 night into having the rogue I'm in love! The salesman and business manager I worked with were awesome. Very helpful and laid back, too. No pressure at all. I felt 100% certain they just wanted to help me get a good deal. I felt so happy with the quotes they provided I ended up not even stepping foot into another dealership. Definitely will be coming back and will be telling friends and fam!
Overall Happy I'm extremely happy with my overall "Lia Experience!" The Sales Staff was very helpful, professional and accommodating; especially Elizabeth Lankford. Very positive experience Elizabeth listened to my needs and wants and then paired me with a car that fit all my boxes. She walked me through the sales process and even programed my phone to Bluetooth before we left the sales area.
