Brewster Honda has a great reputation, and they proved it once again. Jon Saba was my sales consultant. He was knowledgeable and helpful in both the searching and purchasing process. Salespeople too busy to care about their customers. We have purchased two new cars here within the last 6 years and each time experienced the same curt and uninterested personnel. In June, 2012 we went in to purchase a new car knowing they had that particular model on the lot. We bought it that day. We received no help from the salespeople and were given "Rose" the receptionist as our guide. This dealership understands customers. They strive to give good experience and usually succeed. Nice waiting room with WIFI and loaner cars regularly available. Pricing is competitive and if you watch the website, there are frequent specials.
Jon was a great salesperson who gave us his time was very friendly and knowledgable about the cars. he was courteous and pleasant to work with.my son was very hesitant about purchasing a honda and was going to purchase a vw, but after speaking with Jon he decided to lease instead. Brewster Honda, where I leased this car from, sent email coupons for Halloween specials. I booked the apointment for their "Lifeblood special". They sent confirmation of the appointment with the notes anout the lifeblood special. They sent a request for me to confirm the appointment whic I did. Upon arrival they refused to honor coupon - said the coupon was a typo. Ray was extremely rude - acted as if this was all my mistake and that I was trying to cheat tehm.
