Clear and helpful with good follow-through. All my questions were answered in detail. I didn’t get a run around, the whole process was smooth and seamless. We loved the experience with Kenny Seiferfeld! Kenny was the salesperson we worked with. He was a good listener and he completely understood our needs. He was relaxed and he never gave us pressure. The experience with him was like having a good friend giving us advice on cars, and he picked the perfect car for us. We had a pleasant time and will be very happy to introduce our friends to Kenny. Polite, efficient, aggressive pricing. I was very impressed buying a new Odyssey for our company which trains prison inmates to raise service dogs for disabled veterans and as explosive detection dogs for law enforcement. We have some unique requirements and both Laura and Robert worked with us to address each condition fairly and efficiently. I've never met either of them before but I expect I will be seeing them again in the future!
