Awesome experience! As a first time car owner, this dealership was so understanding and helpful. Robert and Mike are amazing at making you feel comfortable. Great Service Department I have been bringing my Honda Civic to these guys for 6 years and they have always been top-notch. In particular, Service Manager Rob Benfari has always gone above and beyond, but no matter who is at the desk I always get courteous, professional service. Nobody "enjoys" having their car serviced, but the team at Lia makes it the best possible experience. The new service center is exceptionally clean and the waiting area is bright and comfortable. I truly cannot say enough about how good they are.
Very good overall overall it was a very good buying experience. Steve Zavatski was great to work with! He was very courteous, knowledgable and helpful. My problems with the dealership were few. They are under construction which may have caused some delays. There were some minor problems with the prep of the car when we took delivery, but we were offered fixes or compensation. Excellent Dealership Dan Salamone is an excellent salesperson. He was very professional, courteous, and tried his best to meet all of our expectations in what we wanted in a car. Dan went out of his way to find the exact car that we wanted and did not try to persuade us into getting something that we were not comfortable with. I highly recommend Dan Salamone and Lia Honda whenever you are looking for your next car.
