I am a mother of teenager at 15…. Recently I took my kid to the annual check up at Dr Li’s office like always. What made me want to leave this review was her beyond caring to my son! Mostly I don’t have an opinion on doctors except their professions… But what she said touched my heart and made me think she is more like a mother treat her own children. She is a beautiful human being…
特别的慢。我约了三点打针和抽血，等了阵阵两个小时还是没打上。比我迟来的人都看了。前台也是非常的没用。
We’ve been coming to Li Hing Pediatric for many years and honestly love this place. The doctors are super caring and patient, and they always take time to explain everything clearly. The nurses are gentle with the kids and the front desk ladies are so nice and helpful. The office is clean and organized — I always feel my kids are in good hands here!
大家千万不要去这诊所、每次去预约了都要在里面等最少两、三个小时、我儿子咳嗽两天了、我今天带我儿子想去开点消炎药、打电话 跟她们说、她说直接来不需要预约、结果我四点多到里面等了一个多小时了、也没排到、我发着烧带我儿子出去就是想赶在他们下班之前能拿到消炎药、药房5:30就下班了、我跟前台说了帮我赶到5:30之前看、可以让我来得及拿到消炎药、结果前台这个女的就是在敷衍你、甚至还故意把我儿子往后推、比我们迟来的好几个都插到我儿子前面、 我气的拉着我两个孩子就走了、大家千万要避坑
W ouldn’t recommend First, the appointments at this clinic are obviously overbooked, with long waiting times (at least 45mins )and nowhere to sit. The longest waiting time I had was 2hours!That’s ridiculous ! Secondly, the staff (include doctor)have poor service attitudes, and the management of the clinic is horrible! They don't care about your time and are unwilling to communicate with you. If the doctor didn’t want to see the patient, they should have informed us as soon as we arrived.
