Everytime I go in to their service department I feel like gold. Jason freed has been my service advisor for years! Always quick to get me in, get me a loaner and quick to update. Highly recommend this place. Not to mention How the buying experience makes you feel like gold as well. I’d recommend this dealer to everybody.
Just wanted to say thanks to the service department for taking care of the recalls on my IS250. Since I'm a former tech at a dealership, I'm probably the last type of customer you'd want to see. But I've had no issues a month later. They were willing to come get the car even though I live 120 miles from Tulsa. I dropped it off and they gave me a 2019 Lexus to cruise around in all weekend. Good job guys!
I’ve been a Lexus owner for almost 14 years. I used to brag to people how I loved Lexus service. Not anymore! Not sure what’s going on with them but they just can’t seem to get anything done right anymore. From me approving charges for services for a set price through a text message and email and then when I show up to get my car they try to charge me more and my adviser can’t figure out why the price is more. Great service! They know customer service
My husband an I had an appointment with Lexus if Tulsa this morning. Once we got there they told him that they have to reschedule because the weather is apparently bad. First of all, we wouldn’t be upset if they had call us earlier to let us know it wasn’t going to work today. Instead, our time was wasted driving to the dealership just for them to reschedule. WORSE DEALER SHIP COMPANY EVER! PLEASE DON’T GIVE US AN APPOINTMENT AND WASTE OUR TIME COMING THERE!

1st upsetting experience at the Lexus dealership. I called Monday (11/18/2019) to schedule to get my car repaired. I asked can I come in tomorrow or Wednesday, and she asked, do I need a loaner car and I said yes of course. so she said the earliest lexus would have a loaner car is today, which is Thursday (11/21) and we agreed on the appointment at 2:15.
