I had the best experience while taking my car in to be serviced. They treat you like you own the most expensive car on the lot. Superior customer service from everyone I encountered. Chase Barnhart was fantastic in everyway. This is why Lexus is the only car I will ever own. Outstanding job Lexus of Tulsa!
I had my car serviced here today and someone stole all my cash out of the center console. Very frustrating. Especially since I haven't received a call back from the service manager.
Very helpful and friendly. The young man in the service center took pictures of my dash for repair. He was very nice.
Lexus of Tulsa sales manager Justin Mayer, finance manager Chris Daley, and delivery specialist Karen Finely were most professional, attentive, and courteous from start to finish with assisting our purchase of a new 2016 GS 350. They each patiently took the time to answer all our questions and to carefully explain all of the features, operation and technical details. It was really a breath of fresh air to have had a very pleasant and enjoyable no hassle, no pressure car purchasing experience.
Picked up my new Lexus today at Lexus of Tulsa. I have to thank Curtis Dickey for his patience. Buying a new Lexus was a big decision but not only did he have to help with that, he patiently guided me through choosing which SUV as I was very torn on which one I wanted and it took me forever! Called for information on a SUV, salesman was to call us back!! He never called. We called back and he didn't remembered not calling. The salesman told us the SUV had sold, but it showed back up on their website listed at a Higher price$$!!
