Scheduled a 10,000 mile maintenance appointment for 11:15 this morning. While there asked that they fix a door ding. Borrowed a loaner due to a lunch appointment. When I returned at 2 pm., non one could find my car. It took an hour to get it while I involved everyone that walked by. Then of course no fix on the ding. They claimed the touch up guy was off.
