excellent service person Scott. Friendly and professional. Kept me informed of progress on my car. Gave me a loaner car since work was going to take 3-5 hrs. Loaner car was good. Timely call when work was complete. Always costs more to bring cars to dealer for work which I wish did not have to be so. I bring my car to dealership for the best service but don’t need to spend double of a local repair shop. Otherwise very pleased.
