My battery was giving me trouble recently. I spoke to Jason on Sunday, October 27 and I received an appointment the next day with Rick Bouker. Rick was very courteous and explained my options. I ended up getting a new battery and was out of the dealership within two hours. I was very satisfied with the way I was treated as a customer.
I had a great visit to Lexus of Palm each yesterday! I brought my car in for service and had the pleasure of working with advisor, Scott V, who is a consummate professional, and a really honest man, he took great care of me. And I also had the privilege of spending a moment visiting with favorite salesman (and friend) Darryl Lewis. A truly wonderful experience!
The staff was very accommodating and patient as we were selecting our new Lexus with our special needs child.
When you make an appointment, they are ready for you at the appointed time and they complete the work as promised.

Terrible experience for my 2017 RX350’s 2nd service and recall of my GPS. My Service writers name was Scott and he was MISERABLE!! Arguing with me that I had to pay $200.00 for the service. I only have 16,000 miles on the SUV and I was to get my first 2 services for free. He called me a liar and was also arguing with another customer when I got there. Great service and attention to the customer.
Dave Matushin - excellent salesman, warm, knowledgeable, wonderful to work with; Dennis, his protege (trainee, I guess) had a great deal to add; Rob Paprin, financial manager was quick and efficient; Kelly Thomas, tech expert, was thorough in explaining the car's functions and took all the time necessary. In fact, everyone, from the greeters to the young lady manning the phones, was wonderful - guess this is why I just leased my second Lexus.
