I had an appt and was signed in and waited for 30 minutes for Brian who I was assigned to and was told he was with another customer and would be right with me. After the 30 minutes, I found the person who signed me in and told him Brian never did the paperwork on my car which was still sitting outside he went looking for Brian and then was told he was out sick.
