Great dealership! But, lacks some costumer service. I got my car (IS250) there 2 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience, however, I've been trying to schedule a service (refinish rims) and everytime I call, they take my number with a promise that an advisor will call me back, and I'm yet to hear from them. It's been 3 weeks since my first call, and since then I called back twice, yet no response.
Best Lexus dealer we have ever worked with (and this is our 5th Lexus)! Staff is dedicated to serve your needs, services they provide is exceptional and the deals are outstanding. We live on the Cape and whenever our car needs service, they will pick it up, leave a loaner and return our car by the end of the day. You can't find better service - even with our on- Cape dealers!
Dealer Showroom is beautiful. Sales people are nice. Finance Department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Go to another dealer if you have to finance your car. Better yet have your finance ready before going. Avoid the finance department at all cost!!!!
My wife bought her first new car there. Sales department and management were exceptional. Thank you to Ed for an easy lease deal. I would recommend anyone interested in a Lexus to bring your business to Herb Chambers!
