I bought a certified Lexus here put 2000 miles on it and I’m pretty sure it needs new brakes however I cannot get anybody to call me back or help me make an appointment with the service department. They are relentless with calling you to make sure you fill out their survey while telling you that you need to make every answer a 10 but anything after that… Crickets, & they also took my credit card for whatever reason while going though the numbers & never returned it to me which was a huge hassle.
RecommendedService you can trust. Friendly staff who want you to be happy by making sure you’re comfortable while you wait. Delicious complimentary food and drinks with accommodating waitstaff. They make you feel special and important. I highly recommend HC Lexus!

I bought a used car here and the customer service is excellent. Everyone worked hard to make this happen as quickly as possible. The car (2010 Toyota) was reasonably priced and when taken to a mechanic was in perfect condition. The employees here have certainly set the bar high for customer service and auto sales. Just got my Lexus GX back from Lexus of Sharon after having the airbag recall work done. Not only was the recall work done promptly and quickly, my car looked so much better than when it went in after being washed. The service department kept me up to date and informed on the progress of the work, and the work was done on time as promised. Many thanks for your quick attention to the matter and for the excellent condition in which my car came back to me.
Story time So my cousin and I go on the hunt today for a new car. She was looking for a Lexus rx350 she knew exactly what she wanted! We take a drive over to Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon . When I arrived I was very impressed by the show room and the professionalism . My cousin had called ahead to inform the dealership that she would in fact be coming in to view one of there rx350’s.
