RecommendedWe’ve purchased 2 Lexus RX350s (2011 and 2017) here, and our family has also purchased an ES350 and another RX350 here as well. Every Lexus we have purchased here has been a fantastic product. This dealership is professional, courteous, and puts its customers first. An experience like no other. Our 2011 RX350 runs like the day we bought it, and we have it serviced here as well. A great place to purchase a great car, a Lexus!
I had Hung Truong as my sales rep, very courteous and knowledgeable. He made the sales transaction very smooth. I bought the car with in a couple days of seeing him. He was able to deliver the car as promised. With Hung he is very professional you don’t feel like you are being pushed to buy. Our financing manager was Victor Lemos, he was great ! Willing to go out of the box and got us a loan we wanted. Nice job guys! Much appreciated. Will be back in the future.
I don't recommend doing business here. My husband gave a deposit on a car the next day was a snow storm so today pregnant and puking I dragged my 3 year old out to clean my trade as a courtesy. I would never bring it dirty! Paid 100$ had it detailed then spent time and lined up the insurance. Spoke to salesman at 12 planned to go at 5:30 or sooner to get my new car and they sold it! Worst experience !!! Sold me a car with known issues, refused to take responsibility or correct the issues, they dont return phone calls and think nothing of putting customers and thier families in danger just to save a few dollars ! General manager Michael is the worst and the service manager Brian should never be allowed to deal with the public !!! Filing a compaint with the attorney general, the BBB and the RMV. I wouldnt suggest purchasing any vehicle from this place !!!
Dealer service prices are a bit pricey... But Great sandwiches
