will probably never go again to service my car major rip off
Went in to shop for a new car today. After a test drive and talking to the sales consultant, hubby and i figured lets talk numbers. Sat down to crunch numbers, a couple of minutes later we had the manager come in - mind you the sales guy has not discussed what he can offer us- tell us this is the bottomline (gave us a quote higher than the msrp) and said thats the best they can do and walked out. LEASE SCAM Don't trade-in your leased vehicle from another manufacturer here. Lexus Rockville tells you they will take care of your old car and owe nothing to the previous company - but then you get slammed by the old car company with wear and tear charges. Lexus only covers 'mileage'. They'll say anything for you to get you into a new Lexus vehicle.
