Worst place ever!! Horrible experience. Took my 2014 IS for my 5000 mile service was without a car for a month!!! The costumer service rep MICHELE WYNNE lacked so much professionalism! Questioned me in absolutely everything. Never gave an update.. Had my vehicle looking worse than when it was brought in.. Took a month on cosmetic work on my rims!
