You're nothing but a piece of s**t dealership. I returned a car, was told I couldn't get it inspected and the spare tire somehow disappeared. Now I have a bill for that. My tire is probably still in your parts dept or you just have shady employees. Is ripping people off a habit of yours? You can't even inspect tires properly and wasted a whole day of mine only to have a flat tire the next day. Just remember the ball bounces back and your day will come.
