Fabulous!!! My salesman Jose was fabulous. Diane, who explained all the features and set up all my preferences, was also fabulous. Also, when I spoke with the sales manager Jim Scuderi, he was concerned that I was truly happy with my lease and made sure all my concerns were taken care of.

Awesome service in a luxury setting I purchased a used Lexus last year and have been using this dealership for service ever since. Having never owned a luxury car, I am dazzled by the service department. Efficient, helpful, informative and speedy. I usually stay while the car is being fixed because the environment is luxurious. I bring my computer and can even work in a private, quiet office with internet access. They fixed all the stuff that was wrong with the car and have maintained it well. Exceeded my Expectations My daughter saw a 2008 IS250 online at Lexus of Mt. Kisco and her and I went and met John. He made my daughter feel comfortable with our decision to purchase the IS. It was exactly the color she was looking for and John gave us a wealth of information about this vehicle including the certified warranty. He was easy to talk with and he had no hidden agenda. I would recommend Lexus of Mt. Kisco to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in the future.
Wonerful purchasing ecperience I give Lexus of Kisco a high rating because the automobiles and professionalism of its employees. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced.
