This dealership has always been wonderful and very welcoming to my family and I. If I am in the market for a Lexus, I will always go to Lexus of El Cajon. They work with you, they are not too pressuring, and have excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Lexus dealership.
They have excellent customer service and a no pressure environment. Joey Rodrigues made us feel comfortable and offered us water, coffe, lattes and much more. One of the worst dealers in El Cajon or I should say in San Diego. Went there 2 times for 2 cars and never got helped or got a good deal. I wish I knew their names or kept their cars but I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. People there will try and sell you without trying to helping. The Kearny Mesa and Escondido ones are waaaaay better and will go above and beyond to help you before even trying to sell.
