Horrible service. The first bad experience was the lack of communication and run around from a sales person there on getting my 2nd key for my used certified Lexus. That issue took 2 1/2 weeks to get resolved. Then we had an issue with the Starguard. We were told all vehicles on the lot come with it but come to find out as we tried using the Starguard, our vehicle never had it but we were charged for it. bought a car 18k they promised to remove the dent... they removed the dent and scratched the car... they said they would take care of the scratch they said I could go in at 530 they'll take care of it get there at 510 and they say they don't take walk in after 5. As a military service member I would expect better commination and not so many problems u would have just bought a car somewhere else :(

Amazing service personnel. I was expecting to pay for wiper blade replacement, even though I just bought the car 4 months ago, my initial contact with service Christine told me I'd have to pay. When I got there Chris took care of them for me. He turned a not so good impression into an amazing impression.

We had a great experience buying two cars in three months at Lexus El Cajon! First a 2017 ES 350 and then back and purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. Costco is how we first were directed to this dealership but it was Sam Martindale, our sales consultant, that brought us back! He is extremely knowledgeable on all makes of cars and does not pressure you. Everyone was super nice - Customer Service is stellar! Purchase process was stress free. We will be back the next time we need another car!
