Outstanding dealership, merely stopped by to see the new IS 200t F sport. Walked out with one in under two hours. I was so pleased with their professionalism and service, I purchased a second vehicle two weeks later. Not Happy with their Service....Purchased my 2014 IS350 with them back in 5th of June 2015. I've waisted overall about 20 some hours being in the phone trying to figure it out what takes for license plate to receive . I've talked managers numerous time and even put his words that I will have my plate with in a month. Of course a month and half after still don't have it... I'll be not surprise if I have no plate for a year. So far it's more 5 months no plate...SMH
Professional and knowledgable about all things Lexus. Highly recommended!
