I bought my Lexus CT-200h from Lexus El Cajon back in September, 2017–thank you Jeanette for introducing me to Lexus and Lexus El Cajon! The process went better than I anticipated. Since then they give me reminders for my first 500 mile check-up and coupons like for a complete detail service. I took them up on the detail service and now my car looks so clean and the paint is extra smooth! I like that!
We stopped in to take a peak at some of the SUVs and had a great experience with Matt. No pressure, friendly and was not bothered by the kids! Thanks we will be back!
Excellent customer service! In and out at drop off in 15 minutes and they even replaced my scratched up navigation screen without me even asking! �� I forgot something in my loaner and they scrambled after hours to assure they found it. Will always use this location from now on!
