I just bought my second car from Lexus and had the best experience during such a crazy time! Bobby is awesome and very helpful! He delivered my car to my house twice— once for me to check it out and then again for me to keep it! He made this process so easy in such a tough time! This won’t be my last car from Lexus! I highly recommend! Bobby and Henry are both amazing to work with!
Couldn’t have had a better experience. The Sales Mgr contacted me directly via email very quickly after inquiring about 3 different models. He, along with a couple employees including Bobby, our salesperson helped us find the right vehicle for us. All done over the phone! Paperwork and delivery was a breeze including taking care of our trade-in lease w/o us having to do anything with it. A++ all around.
