The people were great, the car is perfect, the facility is awesome, and the price was fair. Can’t ask for anything else. I would definitely recommend.

The entire process was extremely easy .
As of right now I would not recommend this dealership. I attempted to purchase a vehicle as an out of town buyer. We negotiated a price, the following morning I reached out to pay a deposit. I received no response from Jeff Payne, I followed up again at lunch. Again no response. I followed up again to then be told the car was sold. I attempted to discuss this with Jeff, He didn't answer my call. I immediately called the management to be told the car sold in the afternoon. I had my last Lexus RX 350 for 10 years. Today I bought a new RX 350 and I’m over the moon in love with that car! Kara at Lexington Lexus was unbelievable! She was funny, smart, knew every single detail about the RX 350. She would be honest when she felt like she just needed to be upfront, and never made me feel pressured. The attention I received was top notch. They take such good care of their clients and genuinely care about what is best for you, your budget, everything. I will never buy a car anywhere else again.
