We had a great experience with the wonderful staff at Lexus of Lexington! This is our third vehicle purchase with them. We traded in our last RX 350 for a new one. They didn’t have what we wanted on their lot so they said it would take a few days to truck one in. They found three, at different dealerships, like the one we wanted. They had it here the next day! Best car available. Great staff and service. My only complaint are things I hope Lexus IS fixing. I have an LS 460 that is in beautiful condition except for the fake rubber composite door handle on the inside is cracking. Why in the hell would they not put leather wrapped handles like they did in the cheaper models?

Vogue wheels and tires on my RX are Walmart quality, Lexus would not support me as their customer. All 4 wheels are peeling at 34,000 miles. I have owned a tire/wheel store for 29 years. They accused me of using the wrong cleaner? Purchasing new tires and wheels at 34,000 miles shouldn’t be happening.
