This by far the worst customer service that I have ever received from anyone I have ever had to deal with,been there twice for warranty work and they have done absolutely nothing and lied and told me they had done the work very shady!
Brought our car in for a recall item- gave us a loaner for 2 days, cleaned our car- inside and out- and we got a customer appreciation apple pie! These guys are pretty great.

My husband surprised me with an RX350L ( my first Lexus) for my birthday this past April. You can imagine how surprised I was when Kara ( sales person) drove up with a big red bow on top. I have met Kara at the dealership and she was so nice. She introduced me to the technology specialist Lorri who was so nice and informative. I’ve been there a couple of times for the complimentary car wash and I’ve always been greeted with a smile. Kara and Lorri are a great asset to the Lexus of Lexington family.
I absolutely hate buying cars but the people at Lexus made it a pleasure. Very helpful and the amenities were appreciated.
