Specific to the service department, I have had nothing but disappointing interactions with these people. My car has had multiple issues, none of which have been addressed adequately or taken care of without pushing from my end. The toggle switch did not work correctly from month 1 of owning my 2018 rx350 fsport. At every service scheduled, I mentioned the switch to have it looked at. I found a great deal on, and purchased a used Toyota 4Runner at Lexus of Lexington back in March, just before COVID-19 started shutting everything down.
