Nice place. One of my relative bought a Lexus from there. I have been there a few times with her to take advantage of the free car wash that they provide. Also, as we can have all the free drinks as we want! Green Toyota doesn't do that.

Damaged car when servicing. LC500 with a little over 7k on the odometer. Curbed wheel, dented quarter, window not working properly, extra clips inside. Returned the vehicle. Fixed the window, fixed the wheel - poor finish now. Couldn’t find dents and the clips were extra. Lexus makes great cars, but never again with this dealership. Thankful it’s a lease that I don’t have to purchase now. Check your vehicle if you have it serviced here. Disappointing experience.

I purchased a vehicle from Lexus of Lexington and had nothing but a great experience from start to finish. Very friendly staff, excellent customer service and was in and out of the door. Ty was an awesome salesman and would highly recommend this dealership if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

Could not recommend Lexus of Lexington any more if we wanted to!! My husband and I have bought/leased about 10 cars from them (2 in the past 6 months). Their customer service is like none other. Our sales associate Aaron was very knowledgeable and courteous. I looked at a variety of cars, took one for a test drive, and settled on the one I wanted. Paperwork was quick and efficient. There was absolutely no pressure at all and I felt like a welcome guest. I should also mention that everyone was wearing a mask and social distancing. I visited another dealer before I went to Lexus and couldn’t wait to leave. Five stars for this dealership.
