I called Alaris one month in advance to ensure that they were capable of covering a deposition. I was assured that they could. I reconfirmed the deposition one week in advance. Now with 4 days notice on a holiday weekend the reporter has fallen sick. Utmost unprofessionalism. Will never use them again and recommend that you look elsewhere. We routinely use Court Reporters Exchange if you are looking for a RELIABLE service.
