The APRN that saw my son tonight couldn’t have cared less about him. He has a bite on his leg and didn’t seem to even worry about it. Even though I said he has been with his dad and I don’t know what could have bitten him and I raised the question about rabies fears. He told me to come back if my son has symptoms. After rabies symptoms begin you cannot get help! How dare he say to wait for symptoms??? His name was Adams I think, and he had better places to be than caring for my son. The rest of the staff was lovely.

I went to the New Urgent Care Center at Man-O-War on a Saturday after a fall had left me with very painful ribs. The office was very nice and clean. Muhammad was the medical assistant and I saw Kristen Morgan, PA. They took x-rays and got the results while I waited. Muhammad administered an injection that I could not even feel he did such a good job...I kept waiting for the "stick" and he was already finished. I recommend this facility. Both personnel I encountered were very professional and caring to my situation.
This center is wonderful. They are quick to get you in and out and they are very proffesional. Diagnosis is always accurate and the treatment as well. They are an excellent group who are friendly and take the time to listen.I go to my family doctor for long term care but use this clinic for everyday illness. I have peace of mind knowing they are here.A great addition to our town and I hope they are open for a long time.

Took my kiddo in last night for an injured wrist (Richmond Road location). We were in and out (X-rays, splint, and all) in an hour. More importantly was the kindness and care. Ali (nurse) treated my daughter like his own with the kindest encouragements and reassurance. The NP was clear with explanations and next steps. Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had.
My wife and I went in for Flu-like symptoms. I was feeling pretty rough and my wife was pregnant, so we were thankful to find a welcoming and understanding provider. Check-in was on a tablet; very efficient. All of the employees that we interacted with were very friendly, courteous, and patient. They took time to listen and to answer a lot of questions. We were tested, diagnosed, and treated in a reasonable amount of time. The Richmond road location has a Kroger pharmacy next door, too.
